What TermiteZone is

TermiteZone provides a free, daily, estimated termite swarm-risk score for cities across the U.S. Termite Belt, built from public data. It is for general information only. It is a defensible forecast of swarm conditions, not a guarantee that termites are or are not present at any address, and not a substitute for a professional inspection. Only an in-person inspection can confirm an infestation.

No warranty

The site and its scores are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The underlying data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We don't guarantee the site will be accurate, available, or error-free.

Referrals to service providers

TermiteZone can connect you with independent, licensed pest-control providers for a free quote. We don't perform inspections or treatments ourselves and aren't responsible for the work, pricing, or conduct of any provider we refer you to. We may be paid a referral fee when you connect with a provider; this never affects the swarm-risk score, which is based only on data. Any agreement for services is strictly between you and the provider.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TermiteZone and its maintainer are not liable for any decision you make, or any loss or harm you suffer, based on the site or its scores. Use your own judgment and consult a licensed professional for any inspection or treatment decision.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it unlawfully. The TermiteZone name, design, and content are ours; the cited public data belongs to its respective sources.

Changes and governing law
