Good reasons to write

• A swarm-risk number looks wrong for a place you know well, and you can say why.
• A public data source we should be using.
• A privacy or data request (see our Privacy Policy).
• Press, partnership, or general feedback.

Reporting a score that looks off

The most useful thing you can send is a specific, checkable correction. Name the city and state, what the score showed, and what you would have expected, along with anything local we might be missing. We would rather fix something than leave it wrong, and a concrete example is far easier to trace than a general impression.
